Description
Bhatmas, also known as soybean, is popular in Himalayan cuisine, including the Nepali salad bhatmas sadeko. Most dried beans benefit from an overnight soak. Rinse them clean and cover by at least 2 inches of water, and soak them for at least 8 hours. You can use the soaking liquid for cooking the beans as well.
