Lapsi Titaura is made from lapsi (Hog Plum/Choerospondias axillaries), which is native fruit from Nepal. It is mixed with salt, sugar, chilly and spices. It is sour, sweet and spicy in taste. The plum lapsi, contains high level of vitamin C.
